Between 2014 and 2019, Serkan TOPAKTAŞ ventured to the United States, where he immersed himself in the renovation, rental, and sale of housing within the construction industry. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in restaurant management.

In 2019, Serkan returned to Turkey and joined Property Turkey as a Portfolio and After-Sales Manager. In 2021, he became one of the founding partners and assumed the role of Property Turkey Management Emlak Danışmanlığı İnşaat Tic. Şti. Furthermore, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management company and is a dedicated member of the Investment Committee for real estate investment funds.

Following his education, Christian entered the field of quality control, specializing in performance evaluation and coding of information systems. He applied his expertise at renowned companies such as Ericsson, Samsung&LG, Zenitel, and various public institutions, where he served as a test engineer and test manager.

In 2010, Christian embarked on an entrepreneurial path by founding an e-commerce company. This innovative venture focused on the sale of physical gold and silver through its website. In remarkably little time, the company soared to become Norway’s largest player in its niche market.

Hüseyin KÜÇÜK, born in 1978, graduated from Anadolu University’s Department of Economics in 2007. Between 2007 and 2019, he worked in the accounting field at various companies.
