After graduating in Business Administration from Marmara University, Serkan Topaktaş built his career in the financial and real estate sectors. Between 2014 and 2019 he worked in the United States in the renovation, rental and sale of housing, and gained experience in restaurant management. In 2019 he returned to Türkiye and joined Property Turkey as Portfolio and After-Sales Manager, and in 2021 became one of the founding partners of Property Turkey Management Emlak Danışmanlığı İnşaat Tic. Şti. He is Chairman of the Board of FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management and a member of the Investment Committee for its real estate investment funds.

Christian Per Vestermark holds a degree in Microelectronics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He worked in quality control, performance evaluation and coding of information systems as test engineer and test manager at companies including Ericsson, Samsung & LG and Zenitel, and at public institutions. In 2010 he founded an e-commerce company selling physical gold and silver, which became Norway's largest player in its niche. He later developed algorithms for automated trading and founded an algorithmic trading company, where he served as Investment Director. He has also made significant investments in Türkiye.

Co-founder of Grena Consultancy (capital markets, financial structuring, international trade and tax management). In 2021 he became Deputy General Manager, Operations and Finance, at Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Since June 2024 he has been General Manager of FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management.

Born in 1978, Hüseyin Küçük graduated from the Department of Economics at Anadolu University in 2007 and worked in accounting at various companies until 2019. He joined Property Turkey in 2019, where he serves as Accounting Manager. He is a member of the Investment Committee for the real estate investment funds and a Board Member of FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management.
