FT2 – Second Participation Real Estate Investment Fund is a participation real estate investment fund managed by FT Portföy (FT Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., CMB licence GGSPYŞ/PY.10/420) and supervised by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB / SPK). The fund invests in real estate in line with participation finance (interest-free) principles. Its unit price is calculated from the portfolio value under CMB rules and published daily; fund assets are held by an independent custodian.
