This Privacy Policy explains how FT Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. ("FT Portföy", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. It applies to our website, to the inquiry forms we use on our website and on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, and to our communications with investors, prospective investors and business partners. We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and other applicable laws.

2. What personal data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone / WhatsApp number, country of residence, nationality.
- Inquiry data: the information you provide in our forms or messages, such as your area of interest (e.g. Turkish citizenship by investment, fund investment, financing) and your questions.
- Professional data: if you submit a form on LinkedIn, the profile information you choose to share (e.g. job title, company).
- Investor data: if you become an investor, the identity, address, financial, tax and know-your-customer (KYC) information required by capital markets, anti-money-laundering and tax laws.
- Technical data: basic website usage data such as IP address, browser type and cookies, as described in our cookie notice.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you through our website, lead generation forms (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and meetings; and, for investors, through banks, custodians and lawyers involved in the investment process.
4. Why we use it and our legal bases
- To answer your inquiry and contact you by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp about our funds and the Turkish citizenship by investment process (your request / steps prior to a contract; legitimate interest).
- To provide portfolio management services and process fund subscriptions (performance of a contract).
- To comply with legal obligations under capital markets, anti-money-laundering, tax and other laws, and to report to authorities such as the CMB and MASAK (legal obligation).
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims (KVKK Art. 5/2-e).
- To send you information about our services where you have agreed to it (explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
We do not sell personal data.
5. Who we share it with
- Banks, custodians, TEFAS and other capital markets institutions involved in fund investments.
- Lawyers handling residence permit and citizenship applications, only if you ask us to introduce you to one.
- A financing partner, only with your explicit permission, if you tell us you need financing.
- Public authorities (e.g. CMB, MASAK, tax authorities) where the law requires.
- Service providers that support our operations (e.g. e-mail, IT and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.
6. International transfers
Some recipients (for example a lawyer or financing partner you ask to be introduced to, or IT service providers) may be located outside Türkiye. We transfer personal data abroad only in line with Article 9 of KVKK, for example with your explicit consent or with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiry data of people who do not become investors is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Investor data is kept for the periods required by law (generally 10 years after the end of the relationship) and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request that third parties be notified of such correction or deletion; object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
