In light of recent developments in the Turkish capital markets and the measures taken by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB") with respect to certain portfolio management companies and investment funds, we would like to provide our investors with the following information regarding the funds managed by FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. ("FT Portföy").

The funds managed by FT Portföy have no investment relationship with the portfolio management companies or investment funds subject to the aforementioned measures.

The investment strategies and portfolio structures of our funds have been established in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. The real estate assets held by our funds are registered with the relevant land registry and are subject to valuation by authorised real estate appraisal institutions. In accordance with applicable regulations, fund assets are kept separate from the assets of the portfolio management company and are subject to portfolio custody, valuation, accounting and independent audit processes.

At FT Portföy, full compliance with the regulations of the CMB, transparency, and regular communication with our investors remain our key priorities. We will continue to conduct our activities within this framework.
